What is Purposefuel?

Purposefuel is a plant based snack make with clean, nutritious ingredients that will fuel your mind and body. Our bites are made with no preservatives, are non-GMO and have no added sugars. We offer full transparency of ingredients; you can probably buy all the ingredients we use and make the bites yourself but that would be time consuming and no fun.  

Can I have Purposefuel bite anytime of the day?

Purposefuel bites are designed to be an on the go snack to be enjoyed at breakfast, lunch, or dinner… or anytime in between! They also double as a great gilt free dessert treat.

How should Purposefuel bites be stored?

In the event you don’t consume them all at once, the bites can be refrigerated to extend freshness, but it is not required. However, they do taste awesome when refrigerated so give it a try.

What is the shelf life of Purposefuel?

The shelf life of Purposefuel bites is six months from the time of manufacture. Like many products, they taste best when they are as fresh as possible. Over time, our products tend to dry out, but they do not become unsafe to eat, even past the "best by" date. However, if you are ever disappointed, please let us know!

What are functional snacks and how is Purposefuel different? 

Functional foods are ingredients that offer health benefits that extend beyond their nutritional value. However, it must be emphasized that these foods and ingredients are not a magic bullet or panaceas for poor health habits. Diet is only one aspect of a comprehensive approach to good health. Additionally, you should always consult a doctor when considering foods you wish to add to your diet.

Are Purposefuel bites gluten free?

Purposefuel bites are not made with any ingredients that contain gluten.

What allergens are contained in your products?

Our bites contain tree nuts such as almonds and cashew nuts

Is Purposefuel Vegan?

Yes, our bites are made with 100% plant-based ingredients.  

Where and how are Purposefuel bites made?

Our process is very simple; we measure, mix, portion and package. Being a raw product, we do not alter or transform the ingredients used. Out bites are made in small batches to ensure a fresh taste.

Can you ship first-timers a free sample?

We love the interest and support shown towards our snacks and getting them to more customers. We are not able to provide free samples but we are confident in our believe like many of our customers you will definitely enjoy our tasty bites

Returns & Exchange

What is your return policy?

If you are not absolutely satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, drop us a note at infor@purposefuelfoods.comand we will work with you to make it right. All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order, please include your order number and reason for return. You will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Please note, we are unable to refund any postage costs incurred.

What should I do if my shipment arrived damaged?

If your order has arrived damaged, please contact us at info@purposefuelfoods.com with your order number to report a damaged shipment. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

What should I do if my shipment is lost?

Please contact us at info@purposefuelfoods.com with your order number and we will initiate a thorough search of your shipment with the transit company.

Can I track my order?

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. To track your order, simply click the link in the email you receive.

When will I receive my order?

Orders will usually ship either UPS or USPS depending on your region which usually ships in 6-7 business days from order to delivery (sometimes longer during peak periods). Shipping methods and rates are subject to change from time to time.

What are your shipping rates?

We offer a flat rate of $1.99 and free shipping for any orders over $25
